Does anyone know whether this mod runs at the same performance as vanilla? I had a terrible time of the GOT mod because it was so much slower, and was wondering what experiences people had with this one.

Short answer: yes, it's much slower (as any mod with a lot of content will be), but the experience appears to be very inconsistent and (I suspect) less dependent on how powerful the user's computer is as opposed to some aspect of their setup.
If you're looking for a mod with a lot of extra content that runs the same speed as vanilla, however, you're unlikely to find it. That does not exist.
