Hopefully, this will be a continuing thread
Equally important, I have searched like crazy and hope I didn't just recreate the wheel.

ASSERTIONS
There are 137 Contracts available in BATTLETECH version 1.2.1
Of these...
1 ) 16 Contracts are tagged as TUTORIAL, all of them are rated Difficulty 2
2 ) 21 Contracts that are not TUTORIAL are "_HARD" versions of another Contract, they are rated Difficulty 8
3 ) 43 Contracts will possibly show a Skull Rating that is different from the actual Skull Rating. In EVERY case where the deviance is not ZERO the displayed Skull rating will be lower than actual.
4 ) 0 Contracts will give XP Earnings above the Initial Skull Rating (the Skull rating offered at the time of Contract Acceptance)
5 ) Given points 1 and 2... there are 100 possible Contracts normally available.
6 ) Contracts are divided into 3 Categories... Difficulty 2, 5, and 8.
7 ) The odds of each Contract occuring are equal. However, based on my Campaign Journal there is upstream logic occuring. ("weight": 1,)
8 ) The only way to identify a Contract is to read the shortDescription and longDescription

QUESTIONS
1 ) Given my Campaign Journal Notes the first N Contracts will be Tutorials? Or it is Planet based? My Campaign Journal notes didn't have enough detail at the beginning.
2 ) It seems possible that there is some upstream logic that pulls random names for Simple Battles/Simple Contracts
3 ) What is the upstream logic? There are certain map/fight combos that I have seen together and have never seen them apart.
