I apologize in advance if it has been brought up before, but I have noticed that your spouse or any female with a title in Essos are named 'Lord'. For example, the High Priestess of the Temple of the Light is named 'Lord Rhae'. I am currently the freeholder of Little Valyria, and my wife has the title 'Lord Talisa of little Valyria'. I don't know if it apply only to Essos characters, but that's what I've got so far. Once again, my apologizes if it has been already mentioned.
