Steps to reproduce​

1. equip your Spymaster with a bow artifact (which is newly added in 1.9)
2. check your Spymaster's model and animation in Council interface

Load it, check the council, you will see the spymaster holding a hammer in a weird way rather than holding a dagger

Hello there! Thank you for the report. Unfortunately we were not able to reproduce this issue on our side. Could you please attach the save file in which Spymaster has the bow in his hand? How did he get the bow? Did he win it in a tournament or did he receive it as a gift? If there are any more steps needed to reproduce this, please share them with us!

Well, I don't know how did the Spymaster get the bow, there are too many ways a character in game can get a bow. And the point isn't that how does he get a bow, but when he equips a bow he will wield the bow in council interface.

Anyway, here is a save game file in attachment of this post, that my Spymaster wield a bow, just load it and check council interface.
