"ss" instead of "ß" on Map Name Missing (German Names)

Description​

So not sure if It's just not possible to display "ß" on the map, but the Countries with an ß are written with a ss on the map. For example Preußen, Straßburg or Großbritannien. In the case of Prussia it even looks pretty bad on the map.
In the Great Power list or country name in the menus its correct.

Steps to reproduce​

Start the game in German I guess.
