Hello People,

im currently working on a small mod to rework thee Starbases.
I basicly want to configure them myself like in the older dayes, but thats not the problem.
The problem is, that im able to change designs myself but after saving i got no way to upgrade the startbases.

Is there a way to force thoose design upgrades?
