Start up problems

Greetings,

I purchased EU yesterday after friends raved about it. Upon running EU, the general SF promo ran, then the EU intro, then it returned to desktop. Seemed like it was still running for a minute, then stopped. Have tried reinstalling it twice, get the same result. Tried downloading 1.08 (North America) version, same result. Have tried running through icon, and through Start, Programs, EU...same result. Any suggestions on how to get EU rolling? Running an Intel Motherboard, P 550mHz, 64m Ram. Thanks. Looking forward to playing...

Sounds like your graphics card is having problems to switch resolution. EU requires a resolution of 800 X 600 (16 bit). If it isn't able to get that resolution it will not start the game after the videos.
