I don't know where in the world you are but I'm certainlty not logging on at 05:40 in the morning to join a game. Especially on a Monday night.
Your best option is to make a "Need steam friends" thread and organise some games with people. Randomly posting a thread here is unlikely to get any attention before you stop hosting.
Are you sure that you're visible to the internet and your ports are open? Maybe no-one is joining because your router is blocking the required ports and you're not appearing on the server lists?
