Starting date

Is it going to be possible to start at any date just like in EU3? Or there will only be couple of starting dates to choose from?

Maybe just like with CK2, not bookmarked dates might be a less detailed and/or accurate.

Unlike CK2 though they have EU3's existing history files to base it on which have been tweaked for 5-6 years now based on user feedback.
