I have intense dislike how, on 90% of my starts, I need to build a Mining District. usually two.

We could start with one less Agriculture and Generator Districts, and two more Mining Districts.

Best example thus far: see picture.
It is Day 1 of new Random Hivemind Lithoid start. I have a Mineral DEFICIT of 13 on Day 1.
Meaning that I not only have to immediately use Trade to get enough for new Mining District, I ALSO need to sell some Energy so I can afford 100 more Minerals in order to not starve immediately for it. And just hope I can make it long enough to get Minerals to net positive.

And this is, of course, an extreme case. But the point remains that I can not think of the last time when my Day 1 has not been selling Trade for 100 Minerals so I can start building a Mining District immediately. Which implies that MAYBE the starting amount of Mining Districts is consistently 1-2 too few.
On the other hand, I have never seen Energy gain less than 40 on Day 1, apart from when starting with a Species consuming it, so, if the Mining District is to be away from something, we probably could do with one less Generator Districts.
