my colonist are starving because my drones wont place the food in storage, also I was playing as brazil and when I was leveling land for rock it wouldn't give me the amount it stated

I have a similar problem, they're going to farms, specifically the empty rather than full depots my farm has, not picking anything up just pausing, then driving off, then going back...
And I've also got a cluster of citizens who are stuck on one of these as well - so ... i dunno, 10+ just running on the spot.
I've been manually controlling my drones to pick up the food and deposit it elsewhere.
