I've been playing V3 a lot in order to get a good idea of how the new post-SoI ownership / production methods model works in order to update my mod, and I've found a strange change.

The "state_[popname]_investment_pool_efficiency_mult" modifiers only work for farmers, capitalists, shopkeepers, clergy, and aristocrats. Ditto for the "state_[popname]_investment_pool_contribution_add" modifiers. I recall this was different in the pre-1.7 patch.

EDIT: Never mind, I figured out that I have to define these modifiers in a "modifier_types_definitions" folder.
