Statecraft’s Shared benefits bugged(?)

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how.
Unlock statecraft tree and amongst peers only

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?
None

This bug is a bit weird. After completing an agenda, shared benefits will trigger it’s effect without being unlocked.

Tested on another empire and confirmed shared benefits is bugged and prematurely triggering if amongst peers is unlocked
