Steam - Error

Failed to start game (missing executable)

Tried re-downloading and had steam verify integrity of game cache.

Still won't work.

The file size is 179-180 MB. This seems a little to small even for a Paradox Interactive game.

I had this happen to me as well. It had only downloaded the DLC. Try restarting Steam.

I had this happen to me as well. It had only downloaded the DLC. Try restarting Steam.

I can confirm this. Only 178 MB download then I restarted steam and it began downloading another 433 MB. Anyone else who has this problem should just restart steam.

Should probably put that under Known Issues or another sticky thread for a couple of days for the launch day.

Was having the problem myself till I realized most of the times I have to restart steam on launch day.

It was an issue that has been fixed around an hour back, restarting Steam should do the trick now.
