steam problem

hi. i purchased hearts of iron 2 complete collection from steam yesterday. i installed it correctly bu whenever i attempt to play there is an error message and i can't play. this is the message:

Seems like a bad install to me...

try to deinstall and then reinstall the game and apply the latest patch
