Steam Rich Present Is Not Working

Description​

In "Dev Diary #120 - Systemic Refinements" there was a section about Rich Present for Steam's friend list. I have checked the Game settings, and it's enabled. Tried to disable and then enable again, but it's not working. It doesn't share any in-game info in Steam friends list.

Steps to reproduce​

Just start the game and play with any ruler.
