Steam season pass yet being charged for Space Race

So I got a season pass, have had it since before the game was released, yet Space Race doesn't show up for me as DLC I own, instead I need to purchase it.

I know it's not yet released, but I've checked with others and for them Space Race shows correctly as already purchased for them.

It didn't show up in my library before either but now it does, try checking again.
