Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you choose The Flesh Is Weak or Synthetic Evolution and complete their relevant Special Project, all pops in your empire gain the Cyborg trait or become a single Synthetic species, respectively. However, the primary species in this case will ALWAYS have Transubstantiation Synthesis, and it cannot be changed, thus effectively giving a permanent -25% happiness to your empire. Additionally, this can occasionally wreak havoc on your empire, because when you go from normal to cyborg, all of your main species pops are put into the Assimilation citizenship, making them not allowed to work. Depending on when this happens, this can INSTANTLY DESTROY YOUR SAVE.
An example save of the bugged citizenship is attached, but it should happen with any.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Get "The Flesh is Weak"
2. Complete the special project
3. Watch your resources plummet as the game forces your primary species into the Assimilation citizenship
