Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
1.Machine uprising in neighbourhood empire>I declared war (Eliminate threat CB)> can't finish war cause 3 planets is stuck in colonization process(can't bombard,can't send troops). Will try to shield them with colossus.
2. Started colonization of Orbital Habitat>assigned a sector with capital in next system>create Vassal>colonization process forever stuck.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Any colonization while system is changing owners seems to stuck it forever.
