[3.10.1 BETA (9758)] Renowned Paragon can't select trait / incorrect trait offered

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have just recruited Renowned Paragon Zosira. I am prompted to select a trait, but despite being offered 'Spark of Genius', I cannot select it. Zosira already has Spark of Genius, which may be related - but I would have then expected to be offered 'Spare of Genius 2' instead. It is necessary to select the Archaeologist trait instead to proceed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Open save. Attempt to select the 'Spark of Genius' trait for Zosira when prompted. Observe that this isn't possible and you must select Achaeologist instead to proceed.

As an aside, if I select 'All the above' in the list of DLC on the bug report template, it returns blank when actually posting.

This is still an issue in 3.12.5. I have attached a save with the exact same problem OP describes. Are you sure the issue as written is in the bug database, or was this incorrectly marked as a duplicate of an unrelated now fixed issue?
