Stellaris - 3.3.0 F622 - Drenching Prethoryn infested planets with the Aquatic Colossus renders the planets unkillable and unable to be invaded.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I drenched a Prethoryn infested planet with the Aquatic Colossus before attempting to bombard it to 100% devastation. This rendered the planets unkillable and unable to be invaded. The only thing that fixed it was refitting my colossus to neutron sweep/world cracker/pacifier and hitting the planets.

Unfortunately I don't have a savegame, but it should be easliy reproducible.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Be aquatic
- Have colossus with the drench weapon
- Fight pretoryn
- Drench pretoryn planets before they are bombarded.
