Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The following Situation happens in Multiplayer Match.
When killing an company empire, there branch office and buildings are not deleted. It is not possible to remove them as planet owner or overwrite them as another company empire.
In this picture, the company empire had the crime perk
