[3.5.2][27ef] The ship production cost discount is not being applied properly.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Although there is a discount effect on the production cost of ships, the production cost rather increases in the component area. As you can see from the screenshot, the component area has increased rather than the base. Some numbers are over -100%. Discounts have been applied in the section area. However, the sum of the listed figures is -75%, which is strange.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
