[3.6.0] [0028] Decision to fix Shattered Ring puts a wrong model over habitable segment

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After firing and finishing Shattered Ring decision to repair it and turn into proper Ring World segment, it does a cosmetic change to ring to match owner colors and also replace habitable segment with wrong model type

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Fire Repair the Shattered Ring, wait a few day after it finishes
