[4.0.16] [05ae] Mech Hive Mind Alloys Shortage - Dismantling drones rewards 100x too much alloys

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing mechanical hive mind, and having the "Alloys Shortages" situation entering phase 2, the game asks me if I want to dismantle half of my capital's drones in order to get alloys.
This would cost me 2347 drones, and rewards 234700 alloys, which seems a tad excessive.
I'm pretty sure the number is supposed to be 2347, i.e. 100x lower.
