Rebuilt Grand Archive tooltips incorrectly state Grand Archive has been destroyed

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Awakened Empire destroyed my Grand Archive.

Rebuilt at another planet

Grand archive shows buffs active, but individual item tooltips are stuck on "Your Grand Archive has been destroyed"

Sad to report that this is still an ongoing issue for myself as well as of the time of this post. (Patch 4.0.13)

This bug also blocks the Vivarium from being utilized.

I already made another post but nobody cares fixing this issue. I can't enjoy the Beastmaster build civic!

That's upsetting, i'm surprised more people aren't saying anything about this issue considering Wilderness is really popular right now and starting with Wild Swarm Civic is peak for getting the ball rolling in the early game.
