Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It seems that once the interloper section has been repaired and colonized you can't build anything on it, I can queue and it can even finish building but the game will eventually delete it, now I do use mods but it's just interface (outliner, better ui) and I did try to disable them but nothing changed, I could try to replicate it in another save but honestly with how slow the game is running on my pc and how I really don't like virtual and how restrictive it is I'd rather not, I'll upload the save and a screenshot so smarter people than me can try and figure it out
