Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since 4.0.x Clerk job is gone
Trade Federation Level 3 Member bonus still refers to trade (either tooltip and or real bonus)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Simply start the game as Common Ground Origin, select Merchant Guilds civic, start the game, choose Trade Fed and have a look at the federation levels.

Sadly the clerk is actually still a real job just almost no sources.

Clerks are still jobs on ringworlds, prbly a bug there too that they still exist
