stellaris and ck 3 crashes at the beginning on the game (on xbox game pass)

i installed both of the games (stellaris and ck3) from xbox games pass then started stellaris at my first try, launcher worked and i go to the main menu of the game but then game crashes then i try to open again but microsoft app said "i can't start the game" suggesting me to go in the microsoft store page of the game. then i try to started ck 3, launcher worked but instantly game crahes and again microsft app said "i can't start the game".
my system info:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
RAM 8,00 GB
Windows 10 Pro
Nvidia geforce gtx 1050 Ti

In the game launcher please set Display mode to Borderless. THEN go here:

And run the x86 and x64 installers there.


If that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log .
