Army Tab suddenly disappear from manager in mid or end game (Dick 3.0.4 - 35e9)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In late game, Army tab just disappear from the manager in the right side of the screen. if i disable every tab except this one, the manager is empty : army tab just doesn't appear (how annoying when fighting with multiple army fleets !). It even occurs with no-mod playing, and i always had his problem from the beginning i play stellaris (probably not relative to latest versions).
Save and reload doesn't change anything
I add a screenshot showing the empty manager with 'Army tab' activated but missing (i have 6 army fleet fighting and many other raised by recruiting) (you can see on the map one of my army fleet) and a .SAV
EDIT : i see that issue has already been reported here two years ago, and confirmed by several players until now, can you fix it please
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Impossible to define steps, it suddenly disappear during a war in late game (= not my first war)
