latest release version, all DLC + season 08, no mods.
New game, I moved two specialists over from earth to new colony while autochthon monument was building. When it was finished the building never gave any jobs??? First time ever seeing this bug...
I ran the game for one month to see if the jobs would appear.
Reloading the game from a save fixed the issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
