Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When using baol life seeding to turn one of my planets into a gaia world it allowed me to build final phase gaia seeders afterwards and none of my pops was granted the special gaia world habitability trait with 5% resources from jobs that you get normally (unless you don't get that as lithoids)
