Behemoth Fury crisis for Wilderness is missing.
Reason: You put "is_wilderness_empire = yes" in NOR in 00_ascension_perks.txt:

Yes, as PawOfDeath says, this was an intentional killswitch by the developers.

I don't have a source for this, but for what it's worth, it seems this is only a temporary measure because the wilderness origin didn't work right with the new crisis, and the devs are planning to re-enable Behemoth Fury for Wilderness after they've been able to put out all the fires on the new update and can take the time to make the crisis work correctly for the origin.
