Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing as the Oviron Lodge preset empire using the Treasure Hunters origin, after encountering the Black Needle Fleet, the situation log reports that they were encountered in the Oviron Lodge system, which is false. The text seems to use the empire name instead of the system name.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as the Oviron Lodge preset empire using the Treasure Hunters origin.
Encounter the Black Needle Fleet.
Read the situation log.
Observe that the Black Needle Fleet situation log text shows the empire name instead of the system name when indicating where the fleet was actually encountered. See screenshot.
