Blurry civics

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Both Catalystic processing (I think I got it right, probably didn't), and Anglers civics are blurry on the select menu.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
No clue, just saw it like it.

I noticed the blurriness on those two as well in my own game.

How is your ethics wheel so pretty?

I do use a mod to change those colors, that was the screenshot I took, though I did check un-modded

Some mega corporation and hive mind ones also blurry I found

Same issue for me.

It eventually spread itself out to portraits.

I've seen it on a few civics and buildings

even on some modded stuff too, even some flag symbols when in game
