Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Keides quest stalls

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I believe this is because my homeworld already has a wormhole and the spawned wormhole cannot be explored. I have never seen a sytem with two wormholes before so im guessing this is not allowed.
