Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The description of the new Decentralized Research edict that becomes available after adopting the Archivism tradition fails to mention that it also provides +5 Minor Artifacts

Steps to reproduce the issue.
After adopting the Archivism tradition, activate the Decentralized Research edict and look at your Minor Artifact income that will now show +5 Minor Artifacts from edicts.
