So I am playing with my friends on stellaris console edition, and am currently in observer mode. My friend is the host. The outliner options section on the right side of my screen is blank. How do I spectate a specific empire? Like seeing all their details and what they are studying and whatnot? So far all I can see is the outlines of empires but nothing else.
