Continuing save COUNTRY_RESOURCES out of sync, happens every few minutes. [4.0.17] & [b786]

Playing multiplayer as usual, every few minutes, the client gets out of sync with COUNTRY_RESOURCES error. Attached files include Host [mp_High Kingdom _c114588c8134ac00_72-20250611T125914Z-1-001.zip] and desync'd client [mp_High Kingdom _c114588c8134ac00_72.zip] as requested on discord. The save begun on the 24th of May with the corresponding patch.
