When the Hive Splinter asks for 100 pops from a Wilderness empire, it destroys the entire homeworld.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Wait for control spliter to demand 100 pops from a wilderness empire.
Ignore the save file, it forces an attachment but there's no save file that matters. My empire got wiped out.
