OOS from COUNTRY_RESOURCES on the 3rd day of almost every month in multiplayer game (currently around the 2580 year mark). Had stopped experiencing OOS when playing the 4.0.15 beta but now every recent version results in the COUNTRY_RESOURCES OOS consistently.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play multiplayer on any of the recent versions and reach a year around 2500. This save has experienced lots of desyncs throughout the last few weeks but had been fixed when we played the 4.0.15 open beta, yet now returning to the most recent versions (4.0.15, 4.0.16 and the 4.0.17 beta) and consistently experiencing the COUNTRY_RESOURCES OOS.
