I've owned Stellaris and three of its DLC (Apocalypse, Utopia, and Federation) on Steam for less than a day and while I find it very fun, it crashes within an hour of opening up a save file and trying to play the game.

I can't find what sets the crash off and it seems random. It freezes before going to a black screen and going "unresponsive".

I am running the game off Steam on Windows 10.
I have no mods installed, nor did I ever install any.
I have preformed two clean reinstalls (deleting all folders related to Stellaris on my PC and uninstalling on Steam) with no change.
I have verified the integrity of the game files on Steam three times, all clean.
I have played with a variety of races with a variety of settings (all singleplayer) with no change.
I have run the game as an administrator multiple times with no effect. I have given Stellaris immunity to my antivirus (Windows defender) multiple times and even turned it (Windows defender) off entirely before playing or installing the game with no effect.
I have ensured that my computer is not overheating or in any way struggling from the processing demands of the game. It has more than enough of everything to handle the game, even when the crash happens (no spikes).

Attached are two of the text files from the crash file, one with the "exception" and the actual "error" file itself.
I hope that there is a solution to this issue because I quite enjoy the game from what I've been able to play and I'm honestly at my wit's end trying to figure this one out.

From that exceptions log it is crashing in your Intel video driver. You could check with your hardware vendor for an updated driver, failing that intel themselves:

If that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach here system.log

Hello and thank you for your reply!

I'm not too great with computers but I'm currently looking into some better graphic/video drivers as you suggested. If the issue persists after that I'll let you know ASAP.
In the meantime, attached are the files you requested from my Stellaris folder:

Thanks again, have a nice day!
