Description
Custom ship designs for space fauna can't be saved

Game Version
Phoenix v4.0.4 (6a76)

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It's not possible to save ship designs for space fauna with custom mutations until Metabolic Gases tech is researched

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Create an empire with the Beastmasters civic, start a new game
2. Type `research_technology tech_controlled_mutations` in the console
3. Open Fleet Manager -> Space Fauna tab, untick "Auto-generate designs", select space amoeba, add any mutations and press "save". Notice that the amoeba design disappeared from the list, and now you cannot build it in the shipyard. It will appear again if you tick "Auto-generate designs" again, but you still won't be able to change mutations
4. Type `research_technology tech_metabolic_gases` in the console. After that, the amoeba design reappears in the list, but it has a picture of a large amoeba

It seems that on step 3, the design is saved for a large amoeba, which a player can't build at that stage of the game; that's why it is hidden

Same exact issue. So when u get the Metabolic Gases tech researched, it's possible to custome and save designs again ? Hope the devs gonna fix date quickly, it's a mess because if u try to update ur olds designs it makes them disappear so fleet management becomes broken and quickly it's unplayable.
