Cybrex Questline Does Not Conclude, No Reward v3.0.3(beta)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I've located the home system for the Cybrex and fully surveyed the Cybrex system but the quest never concluded in the Situation Log. I never received the usual bonuses for concluding a Precursors questline, including the Cybrex War Forge Relic the option to look into the secrets of the Cybrex with sufficient minor artifacts

The usual ruined ringworld is still there and presumably accessible.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Exact same issue here. Steam version running the 3.0.3 beta. All DLC barring Galaxy Edition, no mods.

Playing as a Tree of Life Hivemind. Found all six clues 'organically', as in I never used minor artifacts to force a clue to generate.

Just in case, here's another save (non-ironman, v.3.0.3 [1d63]). Same bug as the others, completing the currently available Cybrex Homeworld science research project does nothing - the save is from just before doing it, with a science ship having just finished the system survey.

Reproduction should be as simple as loading up the save (playing UNE) and doing the Cybrex homeworld research project with the ship present there.

Encountered the same bug in 3.0.3 beta
As temporary fix I save game one day before my ship enter Cybrex system. Then I downgrade game to 3.0.2 patch. Load game, enter Cybrex system with ship. Event start properly, I get all rewards. I save game, update to 3.0.3Beta and continue game

Encountered the same bug. Came here for my first bug report ever! I am actually quite curious as to how this bug got into the game. Were there any changes made to the Cybrex event chain?

Ok, awesome, yes I had the exact same thing happen to me. Thought maybe it was a thing with a broken origin glad to see it's generalized.
 
Had the same bug in my Ironman save. Work around was to exit game (not crashit) with a sci ship about to enter system. Opt out of beta load the save let the sci ship make the jump get the completion. Exit the game (not crash it) opt back into the beta and continue playing. Timed this all to happen within the same month so no monthly tickovers.
