Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Decades ago I turned on the edict greater than ourselves but when I was micromanaging my worlds I found an entire sector full of unemployment and I synthetically ascended too.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Step 1 get synthetic evolution
Step 2 get greater than ourselves
Step 3 get unemployed pops
