Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Diplomatic Map Mode tool tip displays the wrong kind of pact or agreement. In my case, empires with Trade agreement are shown as "Research agreement". In the Diplomacy menu the appropriate agreement is shown with the option to break it.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get into a Commercial Pact with an empire, make sure there is no research pact, switch to Diplomacy map mode, clic the own empire and hover the other empire. The Tooltip displays "[other empire] Has a research agreement with [own empire]"
