Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The edicts turn themself off without warning, notification or reason.

Choose an edict and wait

I've noticed all edicts turning off after any resource shortage — not just unity shortages. So I'm bumping this.

I am having this problem too

I was just coming to the forums to report this. My edicts are shutting themselves off after a few turns or a turn. An edict is pushing a negative balance resource into the positive and after a few turns (with all resources staying positive the edicts shut themselves off).
