Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
playing the payback origin. refused to pay the debt which started the first war against MSI. msi kept spamming status quo peace deals which i declined each time. (not sure if that is a bug itself that they can even propose status quo after the last update). Reached 100% exhaustion and they forced status quo.
declared a 2nd war using the end threat (payback) war goal after the ceasefire time ended and completely destroyed MSI. noticed i still have the "Even the score" situation to defeat an empire. which is where I now see that it says I have to beat my own empire to end the situation.
EDIT: guess I should also mention I am playing as the roccan resistance and I checked that I am the only empire with such a name. no other empire has that name as far as I can see.
