Game crashed to desktop at the start of year 10 (2210) if cosmic storms are disabled
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Original Issue - Diplomatic elections cause a crash to desktop. Tried with the basic UNE scripted empire and then with a custom made empire. No new civics used, no new origins, just the basic UNE.
Tried dismissing multiple leaders, as I had 9 in total and thought it may be a UI issue - still crashed even when only two leaders were left
Thought it might be from the UI overhaul mod, so I disabled that and tried again - same thing, with a lot of leaders and with none
Tried starting a new game with a custom made empire with the diplomatic government type and did nothing at all until the election was triggered - still crashed
Tried on Oligarchic government and it the game crashed to desktop on 01.01.2210 even without my empire having an election
I think it may be an issue with elections in general - regardless of if it is a player empire election or AI
Game crashed to desktop with only the player empire present (UNE) on 12.30.2209 before the election
Game crashed at same time as above when playing as Oligarchic government with no other empires present
I do have the cosmic storms set to not spawn - maybe that is causing the crash - testing further
Game does NOT crash when cosmic storms are enabled with any government type - election triggered and happened normally with both diplomatic and oligarchic governments
There may an issue around the trigger for an early game cosmic storm happening/not happening at the start of year 10 that does causes the crash if all settings for cosmic storms are set to x0
Autosave is UNE with Cosmic Storms enabled
Ironman save is United Thien Preservers with Cosmic Storms set to 0x
