Habitat Void Dweller Industrial/Foundry/Factory Tooltips Inconsistent

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I've noticed copy/paste errors in the descriptive text for setting habitat specialisation to optimise industrial districts.
Basically I believe the civilian factory text is correct but the foundry one incorrectly shows an increase to district cost.
These tooltips on colony designation need to be accurate and foundry/factory habitat should tell you clearly the major effect of foundries only having metallurgists and factory stations just artisan/artificer (even though this is currently broken in 3.1.1).
Suggested English: "Every industrial district will convert consumer production jobs to alloys" or "Every industrial district will convert alloy production jobs to consumer goods" as appropriate.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Pick Void dweller origin, build an industrial district on non-capital habitat, then look at the habitat specialisation designation tooltips.
